For Employers & Schools

Required Information:

  • Work email address
  • Job title
  • Organization name
  • Organization type (K-12, Charter, Community College, etc.)

Optional Information:

  • Organization size (number of students)
  • Current Application Tracking System (ATS)
  • Biggest hiring challenges you face

For Educators & Candidates

Required Information:

  • First name
  • Email address
  • Current role (Teacher, Administrator, Counselor, etc.)
  • Whether you're actively looking for a new position
  • Interest in being a design partner (providing feedback on early features)

Technical Information (All Users)

  • UTM parameters (for marketing attribution - tracks where you heard about us)
  • Security verification tokens (Cloudflare Turnstile)
  • Email confirmation status

How We Use Your Information

For All Users

  • Send you updates about EduJobs and our launch timeline
  • Provide you with early access to our platform when available
  • Verify your email address through our confirmation process
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide support
  • Analyze and improve our marketing efforts through UTM tracking
  • Prevent spam and abuse through security verification

For Employers & Schools

  • Understand hiring needs and challenges in education institutions
  • Tailor features to match organization size and type

For Educators & Candidates

Email Communications

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive emails from us. The types of emails vary based on your signup type:

All Users Receive

  • Email confirmation: Verify your email address to complete signup
  • Welcome message: Confirmation that you're on the waitlist
  • Product updates: Launch announcements and major platform updates
  • Early access invitations: Priority access when we launch

Additionally for Design Partners (Educators Who Opt In)

  • Invitations to provide feedback on new features
  • Beta testing opportunities for mobile and web applications
  • User research and usability testing sessions

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email we send you. Note that unsubscribing will remove you from the waitlist.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use:

  • Encrypted database storage (Supabase)
  • Secure email transmission (Mailgun)
  • Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
  • Rate limiting to prevent abuse

  • Service providers who assist us (Supabase for database, Mailgun for email, Cloudflare for security)

Data Retention

  • Send you updates about EduJobs until you unsubscribe

If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your information from our active database within 30 days, though some information may be retained in backups for up to 90 days for security and legal compliance purposes.
